Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain reports on client interactions and outcomes to track trends and highlight areas for potential growth.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have robust communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to clients. A basic understanding of customer relationship management tools will be an advantage.
