Business Analyst – EHS /Coman
Department:
Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) / Coman
Reports To:
Key Sr. IT Manager
Role Purpose
Serve as a strategic liaison between the EHS function and Technology/Coman teams, ensuring that digital and analytical initiatives support regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and process optimization through data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to EHS processes.



Translate operational and regulatory needs into scalable technology and analytics solutions. Identify prospects to apply AI, automation, and predictive analytics in areas such as:Incident managementRisk monitoringRegulatory complianceAudits and reporting Facilitate cross-functional workshops with EHS, IT, Data, and Compliance stakeholders. Define KPIs and performance metrics for digital solutions. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data validation. Ensure alignment with data governance, security, and compliance standards. Contribute to initiative prioritization using a value- and risk-based approach.
