Role Description

This is a part time, on-site role for an ENT Specialist (Otorhinolaryngologist) based in Bangalore Urban. The ENT Specialist will diagnose and manage conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck, including common and complex disorders. Responsibilities during scheduled sessions include conducting outpatient consultations, performing diagnostic evaluations, recommending medical or surgical treatment plans, and carrying out appropriate procedures. The specialist will collaborate with other clinicians, review patient histories and test results, counsel patients and families on treatment options, and ensure accurate documentation in medical records. Participation in clinical case discussions,



quality improvement activities, and continuing medical education will also be part of the role. Working days and consulting hours are flexible and can be mutually agreed upon.

Qualifications
Solid clinical expertise in Otolaryngology with the ability to manage a broad range of ENT conditions
Skills in diagnosing and treating Allergy-related disorders of the ear, nose, and throat
Competence in Sinus Surgery and related endoscopic procedures
Solid foundation in general Medicine relevant to ENT practice, including systemic evaluation and comorbidity management
Experience in evaluation and management of Neck-related conditions, including masses, infections, and structural abnormalities
Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with postgraduate specialization in ENT/Otorhinolaryngology (e.g., MS/DNB or equivalent)
Valid medical registration and eligibility to practice in India
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care and ethical clinical practice
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to clinical protocols and quality standards
