As an HR Apprentice at LatentView, you will be immersed in the world of human resources, gaining practical experience and exposure to different facets of HR functions. Job Responsibility:
Onboarding and Orientation:
Support the onboarding process for current hires, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating orientation sessions
Assist in the completion of new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Assist in the preparation of HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, and employee handbooks.




Handle general HR inquiries and provide administrative support as needed.
Employee Engagement and Development:
End to end management of engagement initiatives
Should be capable of organising various initiatives such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Should be effective in logistics, follow up and capable of managing high volume data
Support the coordination of training and development programs for employees
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources Management
Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in
