Key Responsibilities:
Greet Visitors: Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable as soon as they arrive.
Manage Phone Calls: Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally to the appropriate staff members.
Handle Inquiries: Assist guests with their questions and provide information about the facilities and services we offer.
Schedule Appointments: Organize and maintain appointment schedules for staff and make sure all meetings are confirmed.
Maintain Reception Area: Keep the front desk area neat and tidy, ensuring all materials and information are current and available.
Perform Administrative Tasks: Assist with basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and handling mail.

Required Skills and Expectations:
Communication Skills: Must be able to speak clearly and effectively, both in person and on the phone, to provide excellent customer service.




Organizational Abilities: Should be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and keep the front desk operations well-organized.
Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with MS Office Suite and other standard office software is significant for handling administrative tasks.
