ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: KRAs •

Participate in all current product development activities from launch stage onwards.

•

Attend and contribute in Design Reviews to ensure quality requirements are addressed.

•

Review DFMEA, PFMEA, and Design Validation Plan & Report (DVP&R;) activities.

•

Identify potential risks during product development and ensure mitigation actions are tracked and closed.

•

Review supplier quality activities related to current product development including PPAP, validation, and process capability studies.

•

Ensure implementation of lessons learned and continual quality improvements.

•

Ensure product and process quality compliance during development stage.

•

Drive corrective and preventive actions for identified quality concerns in recent product.
GENERAL/SPECIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (review)

•

Support internal audits, customer PPAP audits.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

•

Bachelor’s Degree in / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.

•

Knowledge of AI use.
