As a Quality Engineer, you will ensure the highest standards of quality in our products. You will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality processes throughout the manufacturing cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Planning: Develop quality plans and inspection criteria to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements, establishing a transparent guideline for quality expectations.
Testing and Evaluation: Execute regular tests on products and processes, analyzing results and identifying areas for improvement to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
Root Cause Analysis: Conduct investigations into product failures, performing root cause analysis to determine issues and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Quality Audits: Participate in internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with established standards and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality checks and audits, providing reports that track quality performance over time, to facilitate informed decision-making.





Required Skills and Expectations:
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is essential, along with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or control.
Robust analytical skills are necessary to assess data and identify trends that impact quality.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and report findings clearly.
Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and tools like Six Sigma or ISO standards is crucial to ensure that quality practices align with industry benchmarks.
A detail-oriented mindset to capture inconsistencies and maintain high-quality standards across processes.
