Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose :

We are looking for a Associate/Senior Associate Scientist - Analytical Sciences to join our ambitious team at our IGTeD center.



The incumbent in this role will be responsible for end to end planning & implementation in partnership with local & global analytical & product development teams for respective categories for India and other Colgate Zones while being compliant to defined safety, quality & regulatory norms
Responsibilities:
Provide Advanced Analytical expertise to Personal Care and Home Care stability projects , Raw materials, global and local analytical and product development project teams and the manufacturing sites across geographies
Collaborate with Product development scientists, procurement and suppliers for raw material qualifications, root cause analysis and drafting product specifications
Coordinate with external labs and institutes for advanced analytical technique
Analyze raw materials, experimental formulas, finished products, competitive products, and troubleshooting samples. Follow written analytical lab procedures from global, experimental methods and published standard or compendia sources.
Perform Method development, method validations, Tech transfer to plants
Perform and report the results of
