Job Description

We are looking for experienced Live Medical Scribes to support US-based healthcare providers by documenting patient encounters in real-time during live consultations.

The role requires strong medical knowledge, fast typing skills, and the ability to accurately capture clinical information while physicians interact with patients.

Key Responsibilities

Live Clinical Documentation
Provide real-time medical scribing during patient-provider encounters
Accurately document:
History of Present Illness (HPI)
Review of Systems (ROS)
Physical Exam
Assessment & Plan
Procedures and follow-ups
Ensure clear, structured, and accurate clinical documentation

EHR Management
Enter and update patient records in EHR systems
Maintain documentation according to US healthcare standards and client guidelines

Compliance & Quality




Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality regulations
Follow documentation quality benchmarks and turnaround expectations
Coordinate with physicians and internal teams when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Experience
Minimum 2 years of Live Medical Scribing experience
Experience working with US healthcare providers
Hands-on experience documenting live patient encounters

Skills
Excellent English communication skills
Rapid and accurate typing speed (60+ WPM preferred)
Solid knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows
Experience with EHR systems such as:
Epic
Cerner
Allscripts
Other US healthcare platforms
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Eligibility Criteria

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, Pre-Med, or related field

Additional Information
Candidates without live scribing experience will not be considered.
Must be comfortable working US night shifts.
