Job Description
Lead the finance function for India operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, Accounting and compliance with IND-AS. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls to support business growth. Partner with global teams on strategic projects, including cost optimization and process improvements. Manage statutory audits, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements. Drive automation and efficiency in financial processes.
The Successful Applicant
CA/CMA with 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles. Robust knowledge of IND-AS, controllership, and statutory compliance. Proven ability to manage audits, tax matters, and internal controls. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in a multinational environment preferred.
