Key Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: • Client Relationship Management: o Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring consistent and effective communication. o Build and maintain solid, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and business challenges. o Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their account status, performance, and to propose current solutions. • Sales & Revenue Growth: o Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products to meet or exceed sales targets. o Work closely with the sales and underwriting teams to provide customized solutions to key accounts. • Strategic Account Development: o Collaborate with clients to understand their long-term objectives and align solutions to support those goals. o Monitor and analyse client performance, providing insights and recommendations to enhance their insurance portfolio. o Enhancing Fresh Health, Motor and home insurance of business GWP across cluster.



o Maintaining Renewal percentage across Branches. • Cross-functional Collaboration: o Liaise with the underwriting, claims, and service teams to ensure excellent client service and fulfilment of commitments. o Work with product development teams to create tailored insurance products for key accounts. o Collaborate with marketing teams to develop account-specific marketing initiatives. o Understanding & assisting with Compliance & Regulatory reporting with the channel partners

• Reporting & Analysis: o Prepare detailed account reports, including sales forecasts, performance metrics & business MIS o Conduct regular account reviews and present findings to senior management. • Compliance & Adherence • Ensuring all the activities including conducting contests to following recent and existing processes are following the required compliance and adherence requirement.
