Adelaide Venue Management (AVM) is South Australia’s leading provider of venue management services. It is responsible for operating three of Adelaide’s most iconic venues: Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC), Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC), and Coopers Stadium (CS), in addition to functions and events at The Drive (TD).

The Role
As the Workforce Planning Officer, you will be responsible for creating, updating,



and implementing employee rosters for AVM’s casual workforce across all venues. You will play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of event-related services by developing cost-effective rosters, managing team member availability, and collaborating across departments to meet event demands. Your daily responsibilities will involve balancing staffing levels, managing adjustments, and communicating effectively with team members and other internal teams. Please note this is a 6-month permanent part time 0.8 FTE contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Roster Creation & Implementation: Develop, update, and implement cost-effective rosters to ensure the smooth delivery of all events and services across AVM venues.
Out-of-Hours Adjustments: Manage roster changes and adjustments during out-of-hours periods to meet operational needs.
Cross-Department Communication: Work closely with various departments across all three AVM
