Hiring for Inside Sales Specialist for Mohali location
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift) Mon to Friday, Weekends off
Experience Required: 06 months – 1 Years
About Role:
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads for services such as: Microsoft Expertise ,Salesforce & Service Now Consulting, Data Engineering & Application Development , Web Modernization & Mobile App Development UI/UX Design , Cloud Services & Cyber Security
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through regular follow-ups and relationship nurturing. Research and identify potential clients in target geographies, industries, and roles.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and strategy.
Set up qualified meetings/demos for the senior sales team.
Maintain accurate lead and prospect data in CRM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
06 to 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development—preferably in the IT services or consulting domain.
Proven success in generating leads for technology consulting services.
