Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manual Designer + CAD Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate manual designs and translating them into CAD models to support engineering and manufacturing processes. This role requires a robust understanding of design principles, attention to detail, and proficiency in CAD software.

Key Responsibilities:
Manual Design:
Create detailed sketches, drawings, and diagrams by hand based on project requirements.
Develop initial concepts and refine designs with input from stakeholders.
CAD Design:
Translate manual designs into accurate 2D and 3D CAD models using software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
Ensure designs comply with technical specifications and industry standards.
Collaboration:
Work closely with engineers, architects,



and project managers to understand project needs and constraints.
Provide design updates and revisions as required by the team.
Documentation:
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Ensure all design files are properly archived and accessible.
Quality Assurance:
Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
Conduct checks to ensure feasibility and manufacturability.
Problem-Solving:
Identify and address design challenges, offering practical solutions to meet project goals.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving design-related issues during production.
