Job Description:

Role Overview
We are looking for a Tax Preparer who can independently handle both accounting and tax preparation work. The role requires hands-on experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and preparing tax returns for clients.

Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day accounting, including bookkeeping, bank and credit card reconciliations, AP/AR, and journal entries.
Prepare and finalise monthly and year-end financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet).
Prepare tax returns for individuals and/or businesses as per client requirements.
Support year-end close, tax compliance, and documentation.
Work closely with internal teams and respond to client queries.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of accounting and tax work.





Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of hands-on experience in both accounting and tax preparation.
Robust understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Practical exposure to tax preparation and compliance.
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
Positive attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience supporting international clients is an advantage.
Valuable communication and time-management skills.
