Job Description:

We are a well-established Chartered Accountancy firm located in Park Street, Kolkata, looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a B.Com graduate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a CA firm workplace, especially in Tally, ITR filing, ROC work, and audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies
Assist in ROC filing and ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements




Support in conducting Statutory, Tax, and Internal Audits
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain ledgers
Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries and financial documentation
Collaborate with senior accountants/CAs in financial reporting and tax planning

Required Qualifications & Experience:
B.Com graduate from a recognized university
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles
Working knowledge of ITR filing, ROC compliance, and audit processes
Solid attention to detail, valuable organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines
