Hakke Industries is one of South India’s leading manufacturers of Street Lighting Poles, High Masts, Decorative Poles, Stadium Masts, Flag Masts, VMS Gantries, CCTV Poles, and Pre-Engineered Building Structures.

We are expanding our internal sales team and are looking for energetic, responsible, and customer-focused Internal Sales Engineers / Executives to support enquiry handling, quotation preparation, customer follow-ups, CRM updates, and coordination with internal departments.

The Internal Sales Engineer / Executive will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with the design, estimation, production, dispatch, and finance teams, and supporting the field sales team in converting enquiries into orders.

Receive and understand customer enquiries through email, phone, WhatsApp, website, LinkedIn, field sales team,



and existing customers.

Clarify technical and commercial requirements with customers.

Enter all enquiries into CRM or internal tracking system.

Prepare techno-commercial quotations as per customer requirements.

Support the sales team in closing orders.

Maintain regular communication with customers and update follow-up remarks in CRM.
