Job Description:

Position: Maintenance Engineer

Location: Silvassa

Experience: 2 - 3 Years

Industries: Packaging

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all production and packaging machinery.
Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to maintenance procedures and safety standards.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality departments to minimize downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Ensure compliance with local, national, and industry safety and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, GMP, HACCP if applicable).
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment history using CMMS or other systems.
Manage maintenance budgets, contracts, and vendors for parts, services, and utilities.




Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as root cause analysis, lean maintenance practices, and energy efficiency programs.
Plan and execute equipment installations, upgrades, or relocations with minimal disruption to production.
Lead emergency response efforts for critical breakdowns and ensure contingency plans are in place.

Logical thinking.
Organizing.
Valuable in communication.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary: - Upto 4.00 LPA
