Job Description:
Develop and refine furniture designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Create detailed 3D models, sketches, and technical drawings for manufacturing.
Research and select appropriate materials, considering factors like durability, cost, sustainability, and aesthetics.
Collaborate with interior designers, production teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure feasibility and quality.
Oversee or assist in the creation of prototypes, conducting tests to identify and resolve design flaws.
Ensure designs meet safety, ergonomic, and budget requirements.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform current designs.
Maintain project documentation and records.
