Job Description: Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented qualified to lead the Accounts and Finance function of our organization. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in financial management, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance, preferably within the real estate or construction industry. This position requires strategic financial acumen, leadership abilities, and hands-on expertise in managing end-to-end financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the company’s accounting and financial operations.
Handle finalization of accounts, preparation of financial statements, and cash flow management.
Ensure statutory compliance related to taxation, audits, and regulatory filings.
Maintain and analyze financial data through Tally ERP and other relevant software.
Provide strategic inputs for budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.




Supervise month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and controls.
Lead, guide, and develop the accounts team to achieve department goals.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com)—mandatory.
CA / Inter CA – preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
Experience in the real estate/construction industry will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
