Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via voice calls, chat, and email.
Provide prompt and accurate resolution to customer issues.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Update customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet productivity and quality targets.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in an International Voice or Non-Voice Process.
Solid English communication and problem-solving skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
