Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in international customer service, supporting chat or mobile messaging channels.
Comfortable working in night shifts and rotational week offs.
Typing speed of 50 WPM or above with 90% accuracy.
Solid web navigation and internet research skills.
Basic troubleshooting knowledge.
Ability to multitask and efficiently switch between multiple screens, tools, and applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer support by responding to customer inquiries through web chat, mobile messaging, and other digital communication channels.
Build solid customer relationships by adopting a consultative approach, understanding customer needs, and providing effective first-contact resolution.




Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products and services based on customer requirements.
Meet and exceed quality standards, compliance requirements, and productivity targets.
Navigate multiple systems and applications to efficiently resolve customer queries and enhance their digital experience.
Accurately document customer interactions, including payment information, personal detail updates, address changes, and travel notifications.
Ensure every customer interaction is handled professionally while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues within defined service levels.
