Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive sales strategy across the South region to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
Strengthen distribution, market penetration, and channel development across all states in the region.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing regional teams.
Build robust relationships with distributors, key accounts, and Partner.
Drive execution excellence, trade marketing initiatives,



and market share growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and consumer insights to identify business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and state excise regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate with an MBA preferred.
Minimum 15 years of overall sales experience, including 12–15 years in the Beer/Alcoholic Beverages industry.
Experience working with leading MNCs or professionally managed organizations is mandatory.
Proven track record of handling large regional sales operations and delivering sustainable business growth.
Robust leadership, commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across the South region.
