Job Description:

Job Role:

• To design and implement various brand promotion activities for Butterfly Learnings, in line with the objectives & budgetary allocations of the Company.
• Proven experience to Handle Sales team, Training team
• To prepare, edit and finalize the technical presentations for visual aids and other promotional activities.
• To conduct and attend and give lectures & demonstrations in various promotional events approved by the Management like Seminars, CMEs etc.
• To train and guide the Sales team regarding Brand promotion activities planned by the Company.
• To monitor the Sales team for effective execution of the promotional activities.
• Work with KOLs and the medical writing team to create scientific marketing content and publications.




• To collate and analyze the data received from the field force and the sales figures.
• To identify and report the trends and competitor, activities in the market to the top Management

Skills Required:

• Proven product management experience for a minimum of 2 -4 years
• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy is Mandatory qualification
• Valuable knowledge of preparing brand promotion, marketing strategy, brand
positioning, budgeting etc.
• Hands on experience in Sales training.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
