Provide market intelligence and resources to support the headquarters in identifying and developing qualified importers/distributors for respiratory care products (ventilators, oxygen concentrators, and nebulizers).
Execute the sales strategy established by headquarters, achieve assigned sales targets, and deliver related business objectives.
Manage the entire sales process, including quotation, contract negotiation, order fulfillment, and delivery. Regularly provide sales forecasts and business performance reports to the headquarters in China.
Monitor competitors' pricing, promotional activities, and channel strategies, and work closely with headquarters to optimize local sales strategies.
Continuously research India's healthcare industry policies, import regulations and tariffs, as well as competitor activities, and regularly prepare market analysis reports.
Collect and communicate customer requirements, after-sales issues, and product quality feedback to headquarters,



and collaborate on improving product quality and customer service.
Provide regular work updates to the headquarters in China in English on a weekly and monthly basis.

Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university in India.
At least 5 years of experience in the respiratory care or medical device industry, with proven frontline sales experience.
Candidates with existing distribution channels or solid key account relationships with competitors such as ResMed, BMC, Deckmount, and Oxymed will be given priority. (Robust business negotiation, pricing, and contract management skills, with the ability to independently negotiate and close major sales opportunities.
Highly resilient and results-oriented, with the ability to travel frequently across different states in India and perform well under sales performance targets.
