Job Description: Maintain list of plant equipment's along with Manuals, Certificates and mandatory spares
Implementation of the plant's preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Coordinating and implementing initiatives to ensure the plant maintains the operational ability to accomplish volume goals. Maintains manufacturing assets and facility, parts inventory, monitoring purchase orders, invoice approvals, and manages the department budget Maintain list of plant equipment's along with Manuals, Certificates and mandatory spares
Proficient in handling Electrical – Mechanical maintenance activities.
MIS of AMC charges of utilities, Repair & Maintenance cost, budget tracking etc.
Ensure maintenance activities are compliant with factory codes, safety and environmental requirements.
Identify what parts of the plant's facilities are in need of additional work and improvement.
Schedules inspections and repairs in coordination with Production team
