Design and implement strategies to attract candidates for positions through campus recruitment.
Cultivate and maintain robust partnerships with placement officers, faculty, and student organizations at key universities and colleges.
Organize and execute on-campus recruitment events such as career fairs, info sessions, workshops, and interviews to engage with students.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, develop targeted job descriptions, and establish selection criteria for campus roles.
Conduct candidate evaluations, including screenings, assessments, and interviews, during campus recruitment events.
Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing offers and onboarding.
Responsible for organising and promoting campus events.
Develop and implement student engagement initiatives.
