Job Location

Shift

Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM) (Shift timings may vary based on business requirements.)

Transportation
Free cab facility available within a 25 km radius of the office.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries professionally over voice calls.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude during interactions.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling customer information.

Required Skills
Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
Clear pronunciation and fluent spoken English.
Valuable listening and comprehension skills.




Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Freshers with strong English communication are highly encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Voice Process, BPO, or Call Center will have an added advantage.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customers confidently.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
