Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in Faridabad. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, and promote the company’s packaging products such as corrugation, honeycomb boards, angle boards, paper pallets, and slip sheets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on order processing and delivery, tracking sales targets and reporting performance, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools.



The Sales Executive is expected to stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product developments to support effective sales strategies.
Robust sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
Customer relationship management abilities, with experience in client communication, needs assessment, and account servicing.
Solid negotiation and commercial acumen, including comfort with pricing discussions and basic contract terms.
Ability to work in office, conduct regular client visits in and around Faridabad, and travel locally as required.
Proficiency in standard office software and, ideally, experience with CRM or sales tracking tools.
Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or related sectors.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
