Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Assistant Manager. The primary responsibility of this role will be to efficiently manage and handle criminal complaints/ police complaints, both in filing and defending, while also serving as a liaison with various government agencies and assisting sales team in liasoning with police and other law enforcement agencies. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of legal processes, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and liaison with police authorities and law enforcement agencies.
Responsibilities:
Criminal Complaint Handling:
Handling fraud related complaints from law enforcement agencies
Receive, review, and assess incoming criminal/police complaints from various sources, such as law enforcement agencies, victims, and witnesses.
Conduct thorough investigations to gather evidence, analyze facts, and assess the viability of criminal complaints.
Prepare and file criminal complaints,



ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to legal requirements.
Collaborate with legal teams and prosecutors to build robust cases and support effective prosecution efforts.
Maintain up-to-date records of all criminal complaints, case progress, and relevant documentation.
Liasoning with authorities to register FIR as and when required
Represent the organization in court proceedings (if need be) for prosecuting the complaints filed by the Company.
Court appearances:
Represent the organization in court proceedings (if need be) to defend against criminal complaints/ police complaints.
Conduct legal research and analysis to develop defense strategies and arguments.
Prepare legal documents, such as complaints, pleadings and briefs, to support the defense.
Represent the organization in court for purpose of presenting evidence on its behalf in place related matters.
