Key Responsibilities:

UX Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing

Create user personas, journey maps, and user flows

Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and mockups

Collaborate with product managers to understand business goals

Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. usability or accessibility issues)

UI Responsibilities:

Design visually appealing, consistent, and responsive user interfaces

Develop and maintain design systems and style guides

Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation

Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing

Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
