Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Head Construction for a reputed company Real Estate at the Mumbai (Borivali (W)) location.

Key Responsibilities :

Brief: Accountability of complete Construction and Contracts. Responsibility Details
Lead entire Construction Phase. Lead and control the Construction Phase of all Projects right from Design Analysis to Construction Closure (Handover of flat to customer)
Vendor, Consultant & Contractor Management. Empanelment, Tendering, Contracts, Onboarding and management of service partners, contractors, suppliers, consultants and other professionals that become a part of the Construction phase
Cashflows. Planning the Cashflows and developing and managing the Construction Contracting Strategy and Cost Strategy for different projects to deliver quality project within budget and timelines
Purchase & Stores. Overseeing the purchase and stores team for efficient, cost effective, quality and timely delivery
Site Team Management. Leading the onsite operations through the Construction Management Agencies and / or Site Engineers to ensure Quality, Time and Cost Effective delivery
Quality & Norms. Achieving quality goals, safety goals and government norms by implementing,



managing and monitoring process standards at site and the associated areas. Bringing current technologies and construction approaches towards enhancing the project and brand.
Drawings. Overseeing the readiness of Drawings required at construction stage and at site from different Consultants to ensure seamless work progress at site. Providing inputs at the design stage to ensure drawings are made towards increasing efficiencies in construction.
Reports & MIS. Ensuring requisite reports and MIS are generated timely and passed on to the stakeholders for keeping track and taking decisions, if any.

Candidates Profile:
Engineering from a recognized university (B.E. preferred)
Demonstrated competence in similar capacity in real estate residential projects in Mumbai, for a duration of 8 to 10 + years.
Has an experience of managing the projects across the complete lifecycle for Residential and Construction projects in the city.
High proficiency in MS Projects.
Positive working knowledge of MS Office.
Experience in leading teams at site and office.
Experience in developing systems and processes.
Valuable communication skills. Fair command over English language.
