Primary Function:
Design vinyl swimming pools, safety covers, and panel layouts using AutoCAD, based on dimensional information provided.
Responsibilities:
Create technical designs using AutoCAD with speed and accuracy
Work efficiently in a quick-paced production design environment
Utilize existing tools and systems for product development
Collaborate effectively with internal and international teams
Apply constructive feedback for skill development
Handle confidential reports, manuals, and design data responsibly
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or a related field
1–3 years of AutoCAD 2D design experience (certification preferred)
Experience in the swimming pool or construction industry is a plus
Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Robust mathematical, attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills
Self-motivated and accurate in execution
Ability to work well under pressure, especially during peak seasons
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential
