We are having an urgent opening for the position of CRM for a reputed company at the (Goregaon) Mumbai location.
Responsibility:
Collecting and analyzing customer data
Using CRM systems to manage relationships
Developing recent ways to meet customers’ needs
Handling customer complaints
Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members.
Creating and executing retention campaigns
Collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve the customer experience
Cross-selling and Upselling
Candidate's Profile:
Should have experience in CRM
Knowledge and Idea about all excle and PDF
Should have excellent written and spoken English.
Female candidate residing in western line required.
