**Key Responsibilities:** **Maintenance & Operations** + Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel equipment and facilities. + Attend to guest room maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly. + Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC maintenance work. + Monitor and maintain lighting, air-conditioning systems, water supply systems, and other engineering equipment. + Ensure all engineering logs, checklists, and maintenance records are accurately maintained. **Safety & Compliance** + Follow all hotel safety procedures and engineering SOPs. + Ensure compliance with fire, life safety, and health regulations. + Report any safety hazards, equipment failures, or maintenance concerns immediately. + Support fire drills and emergency response procedures as required. **Guest Service** + Respond to guest maintenance complaints in a professional and timely manner. + Minimize disruption to guests while carrying out repair work. + Maintain a positive and service-oriented attitude at all times. **Energy Conservation** + Monitor utility consumption and support energy-saving initiatives. + Ensure equipment operates efficiently to reduce energy wastage. **Housekeeping & Maintenance Standards** + Maintain cleanliness and organization of engineering workshops, stores, and plant rooms.



+ Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored. **Qualifications & Experience** + ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related technical field. + Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel engineering or facility maintenance. + Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance. + Basic understanding of safety regulations and preventive maintenance practices.
