We are looking to hire an experienced **production support / SRE engineer** to support **business-critical digital asset platforms** (wallets, blockchain-connected systems, transaction processing). **We are looking for candidates from** **strong production engineering capability** . **Must-Have Skills** + 5-8 years' experience in Production Support / SRE / Platform Engineering + Experience supporting mission-critical, high-availability systems + Solid incident management & troubleshooting experience + Solid Linux / system-level debugging skills + Experience with real-time or distributed systems + Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools (e.g. Splunk, Grafana, ELK, Prometheus) + Scripting / automation experience (Python, Java, or similar) + Strong SQL / data investigation skills + Good communication skills (technical and business stakeholders) **Strongly Preferred Backgrounds** + Markets / Electronic Trading (highly relevant) + Payments platforms + FinTech / exchanges + SRE / platform engineering teams at scale **Nice to Have** + Any Digital Assets / Blockchain exposure + Wallets, custody,
