Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
1. Automation Framework:
• Design and develop modern automation frameworks for UI, API, services, and database layers with
modularity, scalability, and reusability.
• Implement advanced automation methodologies like property-based testing and model-based
testing to validate complex systems, including database interactions.
• Implement integration testing for REST/ non-REST API services, Client-Server, and distributed
systems, ensuring end-to-end data consistency.
2. Database-Level Testing:
• Design and execute database testing strategies (SQL/NoSQL) to validate data integrity and
reconcile the changes.
• Implement tools for data comparison and synchronization with APIs/services.
3. Advanced Testing Solutions:
• Develop programs for service-to-service testing, and contract testing.
• Optimize test suites for performance, scalability, and parallel execution in cloud environments,
including database testing.
4. Technical Excellence:
• Defining standards for automation, including database testing and services testing, and
introducing industry best practices.
• Adopt automation techniques like synthetic test data generation.
5. CI/CD Integration:
• Integrate automated tests (for UI, API, services,



and database) into CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement observability for end-to-end test results.

Qualifications:
Must have knowledge and working experience on:
● Expert-level proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript, with mastery in framework design for UI, API,
and database testing.
● Proven experience with database testing:
○ SQL (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
○ Data integrity, migration, and comparison.
● Mastery of API/service testing (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and tools like Postman, Karate, or
RestAssured.
● Expertise in property-based testing frameworks.
● (Optional) CI/CD pipeline design (Jenkins, GitLab, Spinnaker).
