Customer Success Executive

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join a fast-growing Health Insurance & Employee Benefits platform. This is a voice-first customer support role where you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by resolving queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Manage high call volumes while maintaining service quality.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.

1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Customer Service Operations.

~ Voice support experience is mandatory.





~ Ability to work in rotational shifts.

~ Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office (5 days a week).

~ Immediate joiners are preferred.

~ Experience in Health Insurance or InsurTech is an added advantage but not mandatory.
