Job Description: About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to support our merchandising and product management activities. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of fashion/jewellery trends, product coordination, and stock management. This role is perfect for individuals looking to grow their career in merchandising within the jewellery or retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the senior merchandiser in planning, selecting, and managing product assortments.
Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams for timely product availability.
Track inventory levels, sales performance, and product movement.
Support in preparing product catalogs, pricing lists, and visual display coordination.




Conduct market and competitor research to understand current trends and consumer preferences.
Help maintain proper product data, SKU details, and reporting records.
Ensure product display and packaging standards are maintained.
Assist in current collection launches and promotional activities.

Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate in Fashion, Retail Management, or any relevant field.
Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with relevant internships may also apply).
Robust analytical and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, inventory tools, and ERP systems.
Passion for fashion/jewellery and understanding of market trends.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
