Position Summary:
Responsible for leading design efforts and team, including design direction & client management.
Job Description
DESIGN




Responsible for client contact and communicating goals and responsibilities to project team.
Takes initiative on strategic issues including design direction and providing quality management.
Develops and coordinates detailed design concepts with ability to develop functional requirements and project-design criteria.
Demonstrates understanding of the architectural design process and integration of design concepts/ with ability develop design element components in BIM.
Coordinates integration of engineering systems into the overall project design in BIM.
Responds to technical implications of design decisions.
Promotes firm and project goals of excellence in design, execution and sustainability.

TECHNICAL
Implements code, accessibility, and zoning analyses.
Assists with design and technical coordination among disciplines (architecture, engineering, etc. )
Performs tasks according to the company Project P
