The Back Office Manager will oversee daily administrative and operational activities, ensuring that documentation, records, and internal processes are accurate, organized, and up to date. Responsibilities include supervising back-office vendors, coordinating office workflows, managing correspondence and vendor interactions, and maintaining schedules, databases, and filing systems. The Back Office Manager will also implement process improvements, support internal reporting, uphold office policies,



and collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth operations that align with the organization’s mission and growth.
