Business Development Manager – Real Estate

Location: Full time in office based in Udaipur (In office)

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

What You'll Do
Own the complete sales cycle from enquiry to deal closure.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and negotiations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Follow up consistently to convert prospects into customers.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.

What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales .




Solid track record of end-to-end sales closures .
Experience selling residential and/or commercial properties.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable handling premium customers.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
CRM experience is preferred.
