The Executive Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and appointments. The role involves handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, preparing reports, presentations, and documents,



and maintaining organized filing (digital and physical) for easy access to information. The individual will assist in planning and coordinating internal and external meetings, track follow-ups and action items, and ensure the executive is prepared with relevant materials and briefings. The role may also include handling personal tasks and errands for the executive, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations as needed.

Proven Executive Administrative Assistance experience, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations, managing meeting logistics, and supporting senior leadership.
