This is a unique prospect for an experienced education leader to build and shape a future-ready institution from inception.

Proven experience as a Principal / Head of School / Founding Principal in a reputed K-12 institution.

Demonstrated success in leading academic excellence, school operations and institutional growth.

Experience in launching or scaling schools will be highly preferred.

Commercial awareness with an understanding of admissions , parent engagement and school growth.

Outstanding leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

High levels of emotional intelligence (EQ), strategic thinking and execution capability.

Provide strategic and academic leadership for a premium K-12 school.

Drive academic excellence across both CBSE and International (preferably Cambridge) curricula.

Lead the successful launch and establishment of the school.

Build, mentor and inspire a high-performing leadership and teaching team.

Develop a robust school culture centred on innovation, student outcomes and holistic development.

Work closely with the management team on admissions strategy, parent engagement and brand positioning.

Contribute towards student enrolment, community outreach and overall growth of the school.

Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance and effective implementation of academic and administrative processes.
