Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including service agreements,
NDAs, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and technology licensing agreements. This
would also include tracking customer and vendor agreements.
• Legal Advisory: Provide day-to-day legal support to business units, ensuring compliance with
applicable laws and regulatory requirements (especially RBI guidelines and data privacy
laws)
• Regulatory Compliance: Assist in preparing documentation and reports required by
regulatory authorities such as RBI, SEBI, etc.
• Litigation Support: Coordinate with external legal counsel on ongoing litigation matters;
manage notices, complaints, and legal queries.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify legal risks in business operations and recommend solutions to
mitigate such risks.
• Intellectual Property (IP): Monitor and manage the company's IP portfolio including
trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
• Corporate Governance: Support board and secretarial matters,



assist in drafting board
resolutions and maintaining statutory records.
• Legal Compliance: Periodic Monitoring of applicable legal requirement for organization and
support for closure of non-compliances before due dates
General requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or similar related field, from an institute of repute; & with
typically 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience, preferrably in technology sector
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with in-depth understanding of contract law,
corporate law, IT Act, and financial regulations in the Indian BFSI ecosystem
• Positive verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, drafting, presentation,
and influence skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approach
