Meril Life Sciences is seeking agile and result-oriented Territory Sales Managers (TSM) to drive business growth for its 360° Infection Prevention Solutions Division . The role involves promoting an integrated portfolio of infection prevention products and solutions while building strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals across the assigned territory.

Surgical Apparels & Drapes

Drive sales growth and achieve territory-wise business objectives.

Conduct product demonstrations, clinical evaluations, CMEs, and promotional activities in collaboration with Clinical and Marketing teams.

Identify recent business opportunities, key accounts,



and institutional partnerships.

Work closely with channel partners and distributors to ensure product availability, secondary sales, and timely collections.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular market intelligence.

Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales reports, and pipeline management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and ethical business practices.

Experience

~2–6 years of experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Hospital Product Sales.

~ Strong exposure to Hospital Sales and Key
