Job Description- Sales Executive (Fresher)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our growing sales team. This role offers an excellent prospect to build a career in industrial technology sales, working with creative solutions in Machine Vision, IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things), Industry 4.0, and Industrial Automation.
As a Sales Executive, you will be trained to identify customer requirements, generate leads, support product demonstrations, participate in automation exhibitions, and assist in building long-term customer relationships. You will work closely with senior sales professionals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets while developing strong technical and business knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Learn and understand the company's products and solutions in Machine Vision, IIoT, and Industry 4.0.
Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Assist in reaching out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and meetings.




Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
Represent the company at automation exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, and networking events.
Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities using Excel or CRM software.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and channel partners.
Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets under the guidance of senior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months prior internship of experience are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust willingness to learn technology products and B2B sales.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word,
