Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, specifically within the elevators or manufacturing industry. This role involves developing recent business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential B2B clients within the commercial and industrial sectors.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve favorable terms while maximizing profitability.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.




Understand clients’ needs and tailor elevator solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
Provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance product positioning and promotional strategies.
Provide expert advice on product selection, customization, and installation processes.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the elevator industry or manufacturing sector.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis.
Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Solid presentation and proposal development skills.
Familiarity with contract negotiations and pricing strategies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to travel as needed.
