Sales Strategy Development
• Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for the wellness program.
• Identify key market sub-segments and develop targeted sales approaches for each segment. 2. Client Acquisition and Engagement
• Identify potential corporate clients.
• Initiate contact and engage with prospective clients through various channels (e.g., cold calls, emails, networking events).
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor sales pitches accordingly. 3. Relationship Management • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. 4.



Product Demonstrations and Presentations • Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the perks and features of App • Customize presentations to address specific client needs and highlight relevant case studies and success stories. 5. Market Analysis and Feedback • Market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify prospects for growth and improvement. • Provide regular feedback to the product development team to inform future enhancements and features. 6. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: • Prepare and present regular sales reports, including performance metrics, sales forecasts, and pipeline status. • Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance. 7. Collaboration and Teamwork • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and materials. • Work closely with the product development and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
