For Lovebirds Studio, the Head of Operations should be responsible for ensuring that the entire business runs efficiently across production, retail, wholesale, logistics, inventory, and internal processes.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Production & Supply Chain Management
Oversee seasonal production calendars and critical paths.
Ensure timely deliveries from all vendors and manufacturing partners.
Monitor quality control and consistency across all product categories.
Coordinate with design and merchandising teams to ensure smooth execution of collections.
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
Inventory & Stock Management
Manage inventory planning across retail stores, e-commerce, and wholesale accounts.
Monitor stock levels, sell-through, and replenishment requirements.
Minimize overstock and stock-outs.




Develop inventory ageing and liquidation strategies.
Retail Operations
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all Lovebirds stores.
Establish and maintain SOPs for store operations.
Monitor store performance, staffing, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Work closely with retail managers to improve productivity and profitability.
Wholesale & International Business Support
Coordinate order fulfilment for domestic and international stockists.
Ensure timely dispatches and documentation.
Liaise with agents, distributors, and key wholesale partners.
